Pumpkin Pancakes

 

 

Ingredients:

 

1 1/4 cups of flour 

1/2 tsp Kosher salt 

2 tsp baking soda

2 tbl sugar

1/2 tsp allspice

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup milk

6 tbl Pumpkin Puree

1 egg

 

 

 

Steps:

Prep Time: 10 minutes cooking Time: 15 minutes

 

1. Mix all ingredients in one bowl.

 

2. Butter or spray heated skillet and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.

 

3. Top with our Vermont Maple Caramel Sauce.
