New England Hot Fudge Company was formed in 2011 due to the difficulty in finding a true all-natural hot fudge sauce. Our artisan dessert toppings are slow cooked and handmade the old fashioned way. Produced in small batches, we are able to focus on achieving a perfect balance in taste, consistency and texture.

We take pride in using the highest quality ingredients while still being locally-friendly. Area farms supply us with the morning's freshest cream and butter that goes into every batch of chocolate and caramel sauce we make. We strive for a more traditional approach, using simplicity and natural ingredients for all of our recipes and cooking.

When not running day to day business or in the kitchen designing new products, you can find me traveling throughout New England visiting all the charming small towns and villages. Whether visiting other small businesses or a quick r&r along the coast, It’s these areas that I draw the most inspiration from.

Through these travels, I’ve found and source ingredients made right here in New England. From Sea salt from Newport, RI to Boston made Rum and of course Maple Syrup from Vermont.
