New England Hot Fudge Company was formed in 2011 due to the difficulty in finding a true all-natural hot fudge sauce. Our artisan dessert toppings are slow cooked and handmade the old fashioned way. Produced in small batches, we are able to focus on achieving a perfect balance in taste, consistency and texture.
We take pride in using the highest quality ingredients while still being locally-friendly. Area farms supply us with the morning's freshest cream and butter that goes into every batch of chocolate and caramel sauce we make. We strive for a more traditional approach, using simplicity and natural ingredients for all of our recipes and cooking.
In traveling throughout New England, we've found other small businesses to source some of our ingredients. Like Sea salt from Newport, RI to Boston made Rum and of course Maple Syrup from Vermont.
