Our little patisserie bake house now offers a classic French lemon Madeleine baking mix. A light citrusy sponge cake that makes for a perfect pairing for your morning or brunch tea or cocoa. These lemony cakes are best eaten warm with a light sprinkle of powdered sugar or dipped in one of our chocolate sauces. Quick and easy to assemble with only two added ingredients and about a 10 minute baking time will give you a delightful French dessert that has been enjoyed for many generations.
Makes about 24 Madeleine's. Ingredients needed: 1 Stick of butter (melted), 3 eggs.
