1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup sugar
Prep Time: 10 minutes Serves: 4
1. Heat up the water.
2. Add the instant coffee and sugar in a separate bowl and pour in the hot water.
3. Whisk until frothy and thick. We used a kitchen aid on medium high for about 5 minutes, using the whisk attachment.
4. Top the whipped coffee over a ramekin of mocha hot fudge or over ice cream or a glass of milk.
