1 stick of butter

5 oz dark chocolate morsels

1 1/2 cup sugar

3 eggs

1/4 cup of NEHF Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup of flour

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 35 Min Serves: 10

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grease 9x10 baking pan.

3. Whisk while melting butter and morsels in a bouble boiler.

4. Remove pan from the heat and whisk in sugar.

5. Once well blended, whisk one egg at a time followed by the cocoa powder and salt.

6. Finish by folding in flour until fully combined.

7. Bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick pulls out with soft crumbs.

8. Set aside and let cool for about 15-20 minutes before cutting and removing.
