2 Pears: Bosc or Bartletts work well

1 1/2 cups of Chardonnay (we used Wente brand)

1/4 cups sugar

1/2 vanilla bean (1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract)

2 tsp New England Hot Fudge unsweetened cocoa powder

Topping: New England Hot Fudge Orange. Original, coconut or hazelnut flavors also pair very well.

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 15 Min Serves: 4

1. In a 2quart sauce pan add the wine and sugar and bring to a light simmer.

2. Once sugar dissolves add in cocoa powder.

3. Peel, core and slice both pears and place in the sauce pan and cook for 15 min.

4. Once cooked your fork should go easily into the pear.

5. Lay the pears onto a serving plate and drizzle some warm New England Hot Fudge sauce over them. Serve.
